The challenge: Manual payroll processes

As they began to expand their international network of psychologists and staff, Intellect was forced to confront their overreliance on manual HR and payroll processes.

As it stood, the HR team had to personally calculate critical payroll components, such as overtime and public holiday payments, and manually enter them into the system. Previously, the manual processing of payroll and compliance for a fixed-term employee could take anywhere up to a full week. With Multiplier automating these processes, the timeline was reduced to a maximum of two days.
