Overtime Pay

According to the Kazakhstan Labour Law, the standard working hours in Kazakhstan are 40 hours per week. Overtime is permitted, however, it should not exceed 2 hours per day, and the overtime pay is 1.5 times the regular salary.

There is no statutory law for a 13th-month pay bonus in Kazakhstan.

Offboarding & Termination
