Onboard a contractor using COR

Hiring international contractors doesn’t need to be complicated. A Contractor of Record (COR) solution, also known as an Agent of Record (AOR) solution, goes beyond basic contractor management by assuming the legal responsibility for the contractor relationship. This includes handling onboarding, payments, and most importantly, protecting you from the risks of worker misclassification.

In this article, we’ll walk you through how to onboard a COR contractor through Multiplier, from setting up contract terms and compensation to creating and sending a compliant contract for signatures.
