CUSTOMER REFERRAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Customer Referral Program.

These Customer Referral Terms and Conditions

2. Eligibility.

1. 2.1 The customer referral program (“Program”) is open to individuals and entities that are existing customers of Multiplier (“Referrer(s)”).
2. 2.2 Referrals must be new customers that have never signed up with Multiplier before (“Referred Customer”).
3. 2.3 Referrers, their immediate family members, and affiliates of Multiplier employees are not eligible to be Referred Customers.
4. 2.4 Multiplier reserves the right to verify eligibility in its sole discretion.

3. Process.

1. 3.1 To participate, Referrer must submit the Referred Customer’s contact information via Multiplier’s referral form. 
2. 3.2 A referral is considered Qualified only if the Referred Customer:
   1. has not previously engaged with Multiplier in the previous twelve (12) months, 
   2. has been validated by a Multiplier sales representative, and
   3. signs a valid commercial agreement with Multiplier resulting in (i) a closed deal within six (6) months of the referral submission and (ii) first payment received (“Closed Deal”).

4 Rewards. 

1. 4.1 Qualified SQL Reward: Referrer will receive $500 USD for each Referred Customer that Multiplier qualifies as a Sales Qualified Lead (“SQL”) validated by a Multiplier sales representative per Multiplier’s internal criteria.
2. 4.2 Closed-Won Rewards: Upon the achievement of a signed contract between referred and Multiplier, Referrer will receive 10% of closed-won Annual Recurring Revenue (“ARR”) of the first year, capped at a $10,000 USD value, upon confirmation in writing by Multiplier.
3. 4.3 Rewards are payable within 30 days after Multiplier confirms qualification.
4. 4.4 Referred Customers will receive a $500 USD credit upon onboarding after a Closed Deal.

5 Conditions and Limitations. 

1. 5.1 Only one reward structure applies per Closed Deal.
2. 5.2 If multiple Referrers refer the same Referred Customer, Multiplier, in its sole discretion, determines the eligible Referrer for reward.
3. 5.3 Referrer must not spam, misrepresent, or engage in conduct that violates applicable law. Rewards may be forfeited for any misconduct.
4. 5.4 Multiplier may modify or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without notice. Rewards earned prior to termination shall be paid subject to these Terms.
5. 5.5 Referrer is responsible for all taxes, duties, or other charges that may apply to rewards. Multiplier may require tax documentation before paying rewards.
6. 5.6 The Program does not create an agency, partnership, or employment relationship between Referrer and Multiplier.
7. 5.7 These Terms constitute the entire agreement relating to the Program.
8. 5.8 These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

6. Acceptance. 

By submitting a referral, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Customer Referral Terms & Conditions.
