Step 1: Start onboarding the contractor

Open the “Hire & onboard” module from the dashboard to begin onboarding your contractor onto the platform.

Step 2: Enter the contractor’s billing rate

Set the contractor’s billing rate in USD, EUR, or other regional currencies. You can also configure invoice preferences and additional pay components here.

Step 3: Review and send the contract

Generate and send the employment contract to your contractor for signatures. Once signed, they’ll be onboarded onto the platform, where they can set their preferred payment method.

Step 4: Contractor selects crypto as payment method

During onboarding, the contractor will choose cryptocurrency as their preferred payment method and enter their email ID to receive the payout link.

The contractor must click “Proceed” to begin the withdrawal process.

Step 6: Select USDC

Select USDC as the preferred cryptocurrency.

Step 7: Enter wallet details and confirm

The contractor must enter their USDC wallet address, input the 6-digit security code, and click on “Get withdrawal” to receive the payout in USDC.
