Click on “Hire & Onboard” then select “Contractor” as the employment category to begin entering contractor details.
Step 2: Select ‘Australia’
Use the drop down menu to select Australia as the contractor’s tax residency and select the state they will be working from. Determine whether the contractor will be hired directly by your organization or on Multiplier’s entity.
Step 3: Input contractor details
Enter the contractor’s personal information, including name and email address. Select the contract duration as part of this step.
Step 4: Enter compensation details
Set the billing type, billing rate, and payout frequency. Choose between Australian Dollars (AUD), United States Dollars (USD), or Euros (EUR) to pay your contractor. Adjust invoice generation preferences and include any additional compensation, such as commissions or bonuses, if applicable.
Step 5: Choose insurance (optional)
