Global hiring is a complex process encompassing many different elements – from creating contracts that stand up in various locations, to processing payroll in multiple countries, and finally managing employees wherever they might be.
Multiplier’s global hiring platform offers a centralized dashboard showing you the entire, end-to-end process.
In this article, we will discuss how you can use Multiplier’s platform to oversee the entire global employee life cycle.
Onboarding
Step 1: Select employment category
Click “Hire & Onboard” and then choose an employment category. This article will outline the steps to create a contract for an EOR employee as an example.
Step 2: Enter employee details
Start filling out the information collected from your employee, such as their name, email, and so on.
Step 3: Set compensation
Enter compensation details and choose payroll frequency. Our platform automatically highlights any important mandatory compliance elements specific to that country.
Step 4: Add benefits
Decide whether to offer benefits directly through our platform via our local partners and select the level of insurance you’d like to provide.
Step 5: Adjust allowances and leave count
Customize allowances and leave entitlements. Multiplier recommends the ideal leave count, probation period, non-compete and other policies based on best practices in every country. Mandatory legal requirements for that particular employee’s jurisdiction are automatically included.
Step 6: Finalize and send contract
Once the contract is generated and reviewed, click on ‘Send Contract’ and it will be sent to your employee for their signature.
Global Payroll
Step 1: View payroll summary
The payroll dashboard gives you a summary of all your employees, countries, and status of payroll.
Step 2: Review salary details
Click “Review input” to review the base salary and allowances and also download reports.
Step 3: Review resources
Get insights on salaries, global talent trends, and payroll compliance, in our “Resources” tab. Review all the relevant information you need to employ and pay your talent in any country.
Employee management
Step 1: Open “Administration”
Click on “Administration” to manage employees after you have onboarded them. Approve time off, manage expenses, review timesheets, and more.
Step 2: Review pending approvals
Sort claims by whether they’re completed, pending, or pending on you in particular (the latter of which you can review and approve).
Step 3: Update salaries
Click on the “Salary revision” subtab. During performance reviews, you can edit salaries and update details on the platform and in their contracts.
