The payroll cycle in Liberia is Monthly.
Minimum wage
$5.50 per day (845.31 LRD per day) for unskilled workers and $3.50 per day (537.93 LRD per day) for domestic workers.
Overtime pay
The normal work hours in Liberia is eight hours a day. Work hours exceeding the daily working hours should be paid at the rate of 50% above the normal rate. Same rates apply for working on public holidays as well.

For non-residents, flat 15% tax is applicable at income sourced in Liberia.

In Liberia, there is no statutory law for 13th month pay.
In case of a definite period contract, work contracts end without the need of giving notice as per the terms and conditions. Whereas in case of an indefinite contract, the employer has the right to dismiss the employees by giving them notice.
Employers have to give 2 weeks notice for non-salaried employees and 4 weeks notice in case of salaried employees.
