Offboarding & Termination

In Lebanon, both employer and employee can terminate the employment contract. However, it has to be done in writing, and the employee must clear all the documents.

In Lebanon, the notice period is 30 days.

Any employee in Lebanon is entitled to severance pay for 12 months as End-of-Service insurance.

Visa and Immigration

In order to work in Lebanon, an individual must have a Work visa. However, the individual must provide the documents to support his stay, length of stay, and solvency. Also, the individual should provide the employment contract.
