Multiplier Locals is our community event series for the people building global teams – HR, payroll and compliance leaders who spend their days thinking across borders.

The work is global. The connections don’t have to be.

We’re gathering a small group of Multiplier customers around one table, in one of Dubai’s more memorable rooms, for a night built around conversation.

This is a chance to sit with the Multiplier team and fellow leaders and talk through where you’re hiring, what you’re building, and what’s working for the people doing it alongside you.

How the night unfolds

• Arrival & welcome drinks — Find the orange door, meet the Multiplier team on the ground, and settle in before the table fills.
• Dinner is served — A seated dinner in an iconic setting — the format stays intimate, capped to keep every seat in earshot of the conversation.
• Round-the-table conversation — A loosely facilitated, user-group-style discussion: real questions about global hiring, payroll and compliance, from people solving the same problems.
• Open networking — The formal part winds down. Coffee, another round, and time to keep talking with whoever you haven’t yet.
