Employee Benefits: 

  1. Old-age Pension: This is for individuals above 67 years of age. And the age of pension is 18 years for a case of a blind person or a deaf-mute.
  2. Unemployment Benefit: This benefit is applicable to unemployed individuals as long as unemployment continues for a period. The individual will be subjected to a maximum of 26 weeks (excluding Sundays) of payment.
  3. Employment Injury Benefit: If the employee is incapable of work due to an accident or disease within the working premises, the employer must provide the contributions for treatment and paid leaves.
  4. Survivor’s Benefit: It can be a grant or pension provided to the employer if the employee dies.
